Customers who are using mail.manx.net as their outgoing SMTP mail server will be experiencing problems. MT's mail server is currently experiencing intermittent problems.
Users can use the web mail option for our email accounts to send mail until this problem has been resolved. Simple go to your website address and replace the www with webmail. eg webmail.3Legs.com. Then use the username and password provided for your email account we provided.
Normal SMTP mail sending will be available once MT fix the problem they are experiencing. There is currently no timeline on when this will be. |
